Amazing You
I wanted to see this stamp set done with metallic embossing powder. I love how it came out.
Cut the Merry Merlot card stock to the standard card dimensions. 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, folded at the 4 1/4" mark.
Cut another piece of the Merry Merlot, 2 1/2 x 4", to die cut the smaller words.
Cut the Copper Foil sheet to a 3 x 3" square.
Cut another piece of the Copper Foil sheet to die cut the words: 2 1/2 x 4"
Cut the Basic White card stock for the image: 2 1/4" x 2 3/4".
Cut a piece of Basic White for the inside of the card: 4" x 5 1/4".
Find the larger words Amazing You in the die set. Using the smaller Copper Foil paper. cut out the words and set aside.
Add the adhesive sheets to the back of your smaller Merry Merlot paper and die cut the smaller Amazing You words.
Peel off the backing on the adhesive sheets and add the smaller words to the larger words already die cut.
Stamp the leafy image from the Amazing Silhouettes stamp set using the Versamark and apply the copper embossing powder, and heat emboss.
Once cooled, use your Blending Brushes to add some Merry Merlot color to the center of the image. A little goes a LONG way!
Use the Blending Brushes to also add some color to the edges of the larger piece of Basic White card stock for the inside of your card.
Now, it's time to assemble your card. Place the Copper Foil Square on the center of the card using Seal. Add the Basic White Card stock on top if that with the Seal as well. Using either glue dots or Multi Purpose Glue pen, add the words on the top and bottom of the card. Add the large Basic White card stock to the inside of the card with the Seal.Add a few Brushed Brass Butterflies to the card to finish it off.
