Thoughtful Blooms
I have a lovely painting on my bedroom wall that I just had to remake into a card.

I needed a bright card to cheer me up during this cold winter that seemed to never want to end. I used the rock and roll method on the tulip, then stamped the image again with the Pineapple Punch. I think it really makes it stand out!
I used the Free As A Bird Cling Stamp Set for this card and I think it works perfectly! We have a picture on our bedroom wall that I used as inspiration for this. Tell me what you think of it!
I used the Timeless Oasis Designer Series Paper, Timeless Tropical Cling stamp set, and the In The Tropics Dies for the card. Just love how they are work perfectly together!
I just love this set. I seldom see a stamp set for the first time and have to have it. This is one of them. The birds just seem to want to fly right off the page! So perfect! After i colored them for this card, I just knew they needed something extra, so I dressed them up with lace. The Basic Black card stock was a great canvas for them, allowing them to be the stars!
I have a crafting crop coming up in a few weeks. I needed 2 make and takes for this event and I wanted it to be something for the fall season. I absolutely love our Regals collection for fall cards and just had to use Merry Merlot for the card base.
Sometimes, I love just a simple black and white card. When I first saw this set, I didn't think it would do well with this style, but after doing the tree with the new Shimmer Black embossing powder, I've changed my mind! Sometimes, less is more!
